VRF System Installation in Walnut Creek and the Bay Area
VRF (variable refrigerant flow) systems deliver precise, zone-by-zone heating and cooling from a single outdoor unit — a strong fit for larger homes, small offices, and mixed-use spaces where every room has its own schedule.
VRF rewards careful engineering. We design the branch layout, size each indoor unit, and commission the system to manufacturer spec, so the efficiency you paid for is the efficiency you get.
Every VRF installation includes: Zone design and load calculation per space; Branch selector and refrigerant piping layout; Indoor unit mounting across zones; Controls and centralized management setup; Full commissioning to manufacturer specification; Free estimate before any work begins.

Frequently asked questions
Is VRF overkill for a house?
For most single-family homes a heat pump or mini splits are the better value — and we’ll say so. VRF earns its cost in larger multi-zone homes and light commercial buildings.
Do you also service existing VRF systems?
Yes — we diagnose and service VRF systems, including refrigerant issues, board and sensor failures, and zone balancing. See our VRF System Service page.
